Nathan moved to the Wood River Valley with his wife, Susan 11 years ago after completing a successful executive management career in the technology arena in Northern California. He also had a prior career in commercial real estate negotiating leases, property management and construction management. When he moved here he began successfully investing in commercial and residential real estate and earned his Associate Broker’s license.
